Home or phone coaching is the focus now for so many people. With the busyness of life increasing, people just don't have time to go to a gym with the commute back and forth.
Filling needs, helping people are why I refocusing my coaching towards home or phone coaching. It just makes good sense.
Coach Dan will meet you at your home or on the phone to help you achieve consistent, balanced and successful workouts that last and last.
Minimal equipment is needed to properly workout. It is the ingenuity and experience of coach Dan that will help you get what you need out of your workouts.
Minimal investment in home-workout gym equipment is necessary for you, to get and keep fit, healthy and well. Please allow Coach Dan to guide and help you lead yourself to the best level of sustainable fitness, and nutrition of your life!

Onsite coaching works well because where ever you are, there I am too! I have the privilege of teaching, coaching, inspiring, bringing humor and discipline for your complete benefit! Fit Tasks can be delivered direct, allowing quick compliance. By nature, onsite coaching gives us a live perspective on form, breathing, pace, intensity and poundage choice. It also allows for me to keep you smiling with the best attitude so when the going gets tough, you keep going!
Finding out what you want and need in your fitness and starting an honest and purposeful fitness relationship is paramount to me as your fitness coach. We'll discuss your fitness past, present and future so when the journey does begin, we'll know how much and how little to do with your fitness planning and implementation.
The Fitfolio is given to you during our first lesson. We'll do a complete analysis and discussion of your fitness background to properly plan the journey. The Fitfolio is a package of fitness documents to carry out a balanced fitness program. The Fitfolio includes a Fitness Purpose, Medical-Injury History, Fitness Goals, Consent Release and Cancellation and Usage policy. Also included is, Workout Card, Exercise Protocol, Facts on Water, My Grocery List, Coaches Commitments to Client and Client's Commitments to Coach, Four Steps to Get Fit For The Journey, New Food Pyramid, by Walter C.
